Palm Package
Also known as “Month Of” Coordination, our Palm Package is for the couple who wants the full responsibility of planning but could still use a helping hand with the final stages of preparation. Drawing on our years of experience, we create a detailed wedding day timeline, which is crucial to ensuring that everything happens the way you envision it. We will also be there for you on your wedding day to make sure all the day’s events flow according to the timeline, so you and your guests can relax and enjoy each moment! Coordination services are essential for every wedding. (Must be booked in advance of the wedding.)
Pearl Package
Also called a “partial” wedding planning package, our Pearl Package is our most popular for destination weddings (and your best value!). It includes everything in the Palm Package, plus assistance with venues and vendors. You will be able to choose from our network of recommended vendors — the best in the area — who uphold our standards of quality and professionalism. Our team will assist with the tasks related to selecting, meeting with, and coordinating your venue and vendors. Not only will we save you time and the often stressful process of finding the perfect venue and vendors, but our assistance (especially if you hire us early) can save you money, too!
Crown Collection
This full-service package is the ideal for the couple with a busy schedule who would like assistance with all the details of their wedding day. Our talented team will work on your behalf to ensure that your wedding day is just the way you dreamed it would be, from start to finish. We take the stress of planning off your shoulders so you can simply enjoy your day. This package includes everything in our Palm Package and our Pearl Package, plus additional services including unlimited planner/client and vendor meetings, budget management, and more! Like all our services, this premium package can be personalized to fit your needs.

Design & Décor Package Add-on
No matter what your style, we bring to life your vision for your special day. Our certified wedding planner, Sheryl Ash, is also certified in wedding design. When you add Wedding Design & Décor Service to any of our wedding planning packages, Sheryl and her team will advise you on establishing your theme and choosing the decorations to best suit your individual style and budget. Let us make your vision a reality! We also have a wide variety of rental items available, such as arbors, centerpieces, charger plates, lanterns, vases and more!
DJ & Lighting Packages
